Web Cam Instructions
When you have access to the internet please call us to have your dog(s) placed in the park or your cat(s) placed in our feline viewing condo.
There are 4 different cameras available for viewing and they can be seen above. Please follow the steps below:
- If your dog is our guest click on one of the dog cameras. If your cat is our guest click on one of the cat cameras.
- You will be taken to a page that has 2 buttons "Enter" and "Settings".
- Please click on the "Enter" button. Note: the "Settings" button is for our computer administrator only. There is no authorized access for viewers and no user name or password is needed for you to view your pet.
- Once you click on the "Enter" button you should be able to view your pet.
- After clicking on the "Enter" button and you receive a message that says "Bad Request" please call our front desk to let them know (480-502-4400) because we may need to reset our cameras for you.
- Macintosh users: will need to purchase software called "Active X" in order to view your pets.
- Note: If you experience any other problems you may not be able to view your pet due to firewalls or other issues on the computer you are utilizing. AMSC has no control over the settings on your computer ~ therefore viewing of your pet may not be possible.
